He has served on the faculties of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Illinois, Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology, California, and Talbot Theological Seminary, California. At present he serves as Associate Pastor of Plymouth Church in Whittier, California, where he is responsible for pastoral care and visitation, counseling, and teaching. He is the author of over 30 books and numerous journal articles.
