Biography:

After studying in Karachi, Oxford, and Cambridge, Michael Nazir Ali served as Provost of Lahore Cathedral and later as Bishop of Raiwind in the Church of Pakistan. He also served as Assistant to the Archbishop of Canterbury and Coordinator of studies for the Lambeth Conference. He is at present Bishop of Rochester.
