Biography:

Gene Early empowers executives in business, education, and government as they work to transform their organizations. He co-founded the first Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training center in Europe, championed a major organizational restructuring, served as Vice-Chancellor of Operations at the University of the Nations-Kona, Hawaii, and cofounded Genomic Health, Inc., a Silicon Valley biotech firm. He and his wife, who shares his passion for leadership transformation, are continuing their work internationally from their home base in the Washington, DC area.
