Reverend James Collins is Rector at St Paul's, Burwood, in Sydney commencing in February 2011 and has a PhD in Sociology. He was ordained in 1987 and worked in Tasmania from 2001 to 2011 where he was Rector of the Parish of St Mary's, Moonah, and was an Enabler in the Parishes of New Norfolk, Break O'Day, Channel/Cygnet, Hamilton and Brighton. Helen Collins holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Tasmania that examined contemporary responses to depression. Douglas Ezzy is a Professor of Sociology at the University of Tasmania, President of the Australian Association for the Study of Religion, and editor of the Journal for the Academic Study of Religion. He is the author of numerous academic books and articles on contemporary religion.
