Paton Yoder

About

Paton Yoder taught American history for forty years at a number of educational institutions, including Westmont College, California; Taylor University, Indiana; Heston College, Kansas; and Malone College, Ohio. Dr. Yoder is a graduate of Goshen College and received his Ph.D. in history from Indiana University.

Yoder's forebears are Amish Mennonite from the nineteenth century Amish. He has authored such works as Eine Wurzel, Tennessee John Stoltzfus, Amish Church-Related Documents and Family Letters and Taverns and Travelers: Inns of the Early Midwest.
