If your order will not process, it is most likely caused by discrepancies found by AVS (or Address Verification System). When you enter your billing address, it MUST match the Card Account holder's billing address. If the zip code, name, street address is different in any way, AVS will decline your order. If you continue to experience difficulty in processing your order on-line, please do not hesitate to phone, fax or email your order: orders@wipfandstock.com.
