About-

No Man's Land is a book of poems of searching, longing, and belonging overlaid by the ancient struggle with home, family, and God. These poems are often confessional, persistent, and speak to the interior journey of our lives. They acknowledge the paradox of this journey, which often leaves us empty-handed and with more questions than answers, yet they still offer praise and gratitude, however faint.

Endorsements & Reviews-

"Logan Jones' poems invite the reader into that liminal space where our hopes and fears contend. With a clear eye and a deft touch, this poet caregiver evokes the truth about his journey and nudges his readers to make sense of their own. If you know or have ever known yourself to be in the space between, you will appreciate Jones's insight. In no man's land it is good to have a wise friend."
--Craig S. Troutman, pastor, Raleigh Moravian Church, Raleigh, NC

"Logan Jones' No Man's Land is an offering not to be missed. As he writes of his war with his personal demons, every reader will recognize their own struggle 'with the darkness of yourself.' His poems begin with this necessary knowing. However, they all end with these hard-won beliefs: for himself, as for us all, there is hope. There are second chances, forgiveness, and laughter. 'And mercy most of all, sweet life-giving mercy.'"
--Shannon Davenport, counselor, private practice, Raleigh, NC

"The poems in No Man's Land are intensely personal reflections about the universally human issues of woundedness and healing. Logan's poems are about both the vulnerability and strength of the human spirit. When reading No Man's Land, it is as if you are having an intimate conversation with Logan only to realize that maybe the intimacy you are feeling is coming from your own soul pain and journey toward healing."
--Terri Kuczynski, counselor, Palliative Care, Raleigh, NC

"The poetry of Logan Jones weaves together themes of loss, longing, and mercy in a beautiful tapestry. I recommend No Man's Land to all those whose souls yearn for deep places and powerful truths."
--Jack McKinney, pastoral counselor, Triangle Pastoral Counseling, Raleigh, NC
