Barry Lock and his wife, Ann, have three sons and nine grandchildren. Barry grew up in country South Australia where his family had a cattle stud business breeding champions and selling across Australia and overseas.
Barry and Ann were missionaries in Pakistan for thirteen years and Thailand for two years, and served at a vibrant international and interdenominational "missionaries' kids" school educating the children of missionaries from a wide range of churches and countries in a nurturing Christian community context.
They experienced God's miraculous protection when they survived an Al-Qaeda attack on the school, and are now retired in Adelaide South Australia
