About-

Using a biblical theology method (explained in SwJT 56:1 [2013] 227–57), this book reflects the content of the text of Isaiah within its Jewish-Christian context.

Endorsements & Reviews-

“This book is the fruit of a lifetime of labor in the Scriptures. Kennard shows how the rich themes of Isaiah pulsate throughout the prophecy and why this visionary obtained favorite status among the faithful of Qumran and early Christianity. Precise. Richly detailed. Academically sound.”

—David B. Capes, Senior Research Fellow, Lanier Theological Library

This is a magnificent work! May Doug keep up the great work, and may God keep him faithful till the upward call.”

—Eugene Merrill, Emeritus Professor of Old Testament, Dallas Theological Seminary and Southern Seminary
