John E. Mulford
Mulford graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and earned his doctorate at Cornell. He helped design and launch Regent's School of Business as a founding faculty member in 1982. Since his appointment as Dean in 1990, the School of Business has seen the student population climb from 44 to 250 students.A former senior economist and vice president at First Interstate Bank of California, Mulford's past experience includes management of a regional economic forecasting group. He has also conducted research at the Rand Corporation on government housing policy, a subject which prompted his writing of numerous articles and monographs. Mulford has authored several other published works on topics of business from a Christian perspective.
