John E. Mulford

Mulford graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and earned his doctorate at Cornell. He helped design and launch Regent's School of Business as a founding faculty member in 1982. Since his appointment as Dean in 1990, the School of Business has seen the student population climb from 44 to 250 students.

A former senior economist and vice president at First Interstate Bank of California, Mulford's past experience includes management of a regional economic forecasting group. He has also conducted research at the Rand Corporation on government housing policy, a subject which prompted his writing of numerous articles and monographs. Mulford has authored several other published works on topics of business from a Christian perspective.
